Who do I make the agreement with?
The sale agreement is between the buyer and seller. ArtistLane.com has no resposibility or requirement to perform in the process. ArtistLane does not warrant any items listed for sale on this website or any of the ArtistLane affiliates.
How do I make sure I get what I want?
Ask a lot of questions and make sure the artist sends you many pictures of the piece so you are sure of what you are buying.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have purchased the correct item as described by the artist. Also, keep all documentation between you and the seller so you have all details regarding the sale.
What help will you give with problems?
